Heidi Pickett is a global business leader with over 30 years of experience across financial services, higher education, and blockchain technology. Currently serving as Chief of Staff & SVP of Strategic Initiatives at The Tie, she is responsible for driving a diverse set of strategic initiatives aimed at supporting the growth goals of the company, from concept to successful execution. Heidi is an active member of the Boston Blockchain Associate and chairs the Membership Committee for the Crypto Market Integrity Coalition (CMIC). Prior to joining The Tie, Heidi held senior leadership positions at Algorand, MIT, and State Street.
