Keli Callaghan is a Partner at Arrington Capital, a venture capital and multi-strategy liquid hedge fund, where she plays a critical role in evaluating new investments, supporting portfolio companies' launches, and driving fund projects and growth-related activities.  Prior to Arrington Capital, Keli served as CMO at Algorand, a leading layer-1 blockchain, where she grew the ecosystem from inception to a thriving community with millions of users, thousands of applications, and billions of dollars of value on chain. She developed and executed strategies that have resulted in global and regional marketing, media relations, partnerships, brand building, industry collaborations, large activations, events, social media, and community engagement. Prior to her work with Algorand, Keli has held leadership roles at global technology companies like Avid, Sprint, Zmags, and Rez1, where she has been responsible for channel sales and marketing, developing marketing strategies, driving go-to-market positioning, and leading cross-functional teams. Keli holds a degree in Marketing Communications and Business Ethics from Fairfield University, and an MBA from Boston College.
